What are the Web servers supported by Vaakya?
Supports Apache 2.0 (on Windows and Linux) and IIS 6.0. Also supports other CGI compatible Web Servers.
Can I configure Vaakya Portal Server and Web Server on different computers?
No. Vaakya Portal Server and Web Server must be installed on the same computer.
Can I execute more than one parallel application with the Vaakya Portal Server?
A single Vaakya Portal Server can execute only one instance of an application. Support for multiple application instances using a single Vaakya Portal Server will be provided in the future.
Is it possible to execute the Rich Client and Web part of a Portal Application at the same time?
No. This feature will be provided in later releases. At present you cannot run the Rich Client part of the application when the Portal Server instance of the application is live
